The PADI Divemaster course is your first level of professional training and a gateway into a career in the diving industry. Working closely with a PADI Instructor, you’ll refine your dive skills, gain further dive knowledge, learn industry specific management & marketing, and how to safely and effectively supervise other divers, becoming a source of inspiration to them.

Want to expand your experience? We partner with Assava Dive Resort in Kho Tao to complete the DM if required (look at their website for blurb). Training and preparation can be done in HK to avoid extended time overseas but they get to learn from multiple instructors and also in multiple environments, each with unique conditions and challenges.

​

The course requires divers to have the Rescue Diver qualification, a valid CPR/First Aid Qualification, and a minimum of 60 logged dives must be completed before the qualification can be presented.

Learning to be a divemaster in Hong Kong has the advantage of

doing it over a longer period of time without time pressure.

Diving in HK's specific ocean conditions means you will become an

amazing spotter and better at navigation and group management

than divers from blue water destinations.
