SPECIALTIES
Looking to try new, more focused skills? We offer a range specialty courses to help you increase your learning and open up new diving environments for you to explore.
DEEP DIVER
The Deep Diver specialty course is intended to serve as a fun, safe, supervised introduction to deeper diving within the limits of recreational scuba diving. We will ensure you develop your theoretical knowledge of deep diving, such as dive planning & organisation, specialised procedures & techniques, identifying & handling unique problems/hazards as well as the enjoyment of deep diving! This course will enable you to dives between the depths of 18 metres/60 feet to 40 metres/130 feet. This course easily combines with Enriched Air Specialty.
WRECK DIVER
Since the dawn of human civilisation, we have taken to the seas to conquer the waves, sadly, that fight has often been lost and the sea hides countless wrecks. With each wreck you are able to take a step back through time and each site offers it own discoveries and dangers. You’ll learn the ins-and-outs of how to effectively, safely, and legally explore wrecks, as well as what hazards to expect and overcome. This course can be combined with Enriched Air & Deep Diver courses
Enriched Air offers divers a longer no decompression time, allows them to return to the water sooner on their repetitive dives and leaves them less fatigued. As many advanced sites around the world can have Enriched Air certification as a pre requisite, this course can open up many new adventures to undertake.
During this course you will learn how to adjust your planning & dive computer for enriched gas mixes, considerations and procedures for special equipment, and learn why enriched air can benefit your dive, but also the risks of increased oxygen in your body.
This course can easily be combined with other courses or as part of a social dive.
